1. Scope
This policy applies to the website that introduces EduFlow, operated by Agentra JSC. How the EduFlow application handles your data and your organization's data is described on the AI and data transparency page.
2. What the website collects
- The website has no forms; you do not enter any personal data here.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type, loading speed) and anonymous actions such as clicking to download an installer, switching language or choosing in the cookie bar; they use no cookies.
- Google Analytics 4 is loaded only when you click "Accept" in the cookie bar. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart.
- When you click to download the installer, the request goes directly to Agentra's distribution server, which keeps ordinary technical access logs (IP address, time, file downloaded).
3. Cookies and withdrawing consent
The choice you make in the cookie bar is stored in your browser (localStorage, key eduflow.consent). The website also records an anonymous "accepted" or "declined" event in Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies. To withdraw consent, clear this site's data in your browser settings; the cookie bar appears again on your next visit and Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept again.
4. External links
The website links to Agentra's installer distribution server, to agentra.io.vn and to Google Maps (the company address on the Contact page). External sites have their own policies.
5. Data inside the EduFlow application
Projects, artifacts and chat history with the assistant stay on your computer. The EduFlow server relays content to a language model and records token counts, amounts and hashes; content is not stored. See the AI and data transparency page for details.
6. Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you have the right to be informed, to access, correct and delete your personal data and to withdraw your consent. Because the website stores no identifying personal data, requests are usually fulfilled by clearing browser data as in section 3; send any other request to the address in section 7.
